In this episode there are three main items
- John Kynaston interviews Fiona Rennie. Fiona is preparing for her 10th West Highland Way Race in 2014 and we catch up with how her training is going so far.
- John Kynaston interviews Amanda Hamilton. Amanda is doing the race for the first time in 2014 and we are following her progress as she trains and prepares for the race.
- John Kynaston interviews Antonia Wesley. Antonia is from New Zealand but has now settled in Scotland and is married to a Scot. Antonia has run the West Highland Way Race once but also represented New Zealand in a 24hr race. Unfortunately the sound quality is not the best for this interview (we were sitting too far away from the microphone but I hope you can hear it okay!)
