This year the event will raise funds for ‘Play to Change’, a charity suggested by Katrina, Jo, Emma, Laura and Hollie Kynaston. Play for Change is an International Sport for Development Charity, which has the goal of enhancing life opportunities for under-privileged children by using the powerful values of sport https://www.playforchange.org
We believe that raising funds for this charity will be a lovely way for us to remember John, and for us all to recognise the impact his life had through his work abroad, his work in sport, and his work with children. There will be an opportunity to donate during the entry process, and we have also set up a fundraising page at https://justgiving.com/fundraising/virtualwhw
We have set the entry fee at a low level that covers our costs, and hope you are able to donate generously.
